As we trek through the valleys below Everest, we will have a chance to understand more about Sherpa culture and see some fascinating sights.
Highlights are likely to include:

The Sherpa capital of Namche Bazar
Traditional villages off the main trekking routes, such as Thame and Phortse
Discussions with locals about culture, life, and their hopes for the future
Understanding risks and challenges, from mountain accident through to pollution and the loss of traditional culture
Gaining insight into the status of the Khumbu as a beyul (a sacred hidden valley), and the deities who inhabit the mountains
The stunning temple at Tengboche, with great views of Everest
Seeing the work of The Little Sherpa Foundation on education, healthcare and water supply
Puja and blessings in a Buddhist gompa
